Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Digitalization Of Rural Security Governance

Building a digital rural public security prevention and control system is an important embodiment of implementing the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.With the application and popularization of technological innovations such as the Internet of Things and cloud computing,digitalization plays an increasingly important role in all walks of life.In the new period of transformation to modernization,rural public security has emerged many new problems that cannot be solved by traditional means.Rural grassroots governments and public security organs must innovate their thinking,break the traditional social public security management mode,consolidate the long-term stability of rural areas through the inherent advantages of digitalization,and escort the comprehensive rural revitalization.With holistic governance as the theoretical basis and theoretical applicability analysis,this paper analyzes the current problems of digitalized rural security governance in G County through literature research method,questionnaire survey method,field interview method,concentrated research and combined with the results of 278 valid questionnaires in G County,Hengshui City.The results show that the current digital governance of rural security governance in G County presents problems such as lagging construction of the main body,resource allocation to be strengthened,irregular work of basic data,and low degree of digital application concept.Through the root cause analysis,it is found that there are shortcomings in top-level design,inadequate funding and technical force support,lack of standards for data collection and management delays,and the concept of digital security governance is not fully formed,which largely affects the construction process of digital security governance in rural areas.Therefore,according to the actual development and demand of rural security governance digitalization in G County,the optimization path is proposed.The main four aspects include:first,promote the overall cooperation of horizontal comprehensive management,increase the introduction of relevant technical talents and training of professional police officers on duty;second,coordinate the implementation of financial guarantee,improve the technical level of infrastructure and innovate the management mode;third,set reasonable standards for basic data collection and effective management;finally,improve the awareness of modern security situation and integrate the Finally,improve the knowledge of the modern security situation,and integrate the concept of digital thinking into the work as a whole.
