Exploration Of The Path Of Social Work Participating In The Party Building Work Of Community Social Organization

With the transformation of Chinese government functions into service,the status of community social organizations in grassroots governance has attracted more and more attention.The cultivation,establishment and development of community social organizations should strengthen the leading role of Party building and ensure the development of community social organizations along the right road.Taking the party building of W community social organization as the research object,this study analyzed the difficulties and opportunities faced by social work in participating in party building of community social organization.The method of community social work is used to provide services for the party building of W community social organization,and the path construction of social work participating.in the party building of community social organization is proposed based on the service effect and experience.In the process of social work participating in the Party building of community social organizations,it is necessary to give full play to the leading and guiding role of the Party’s policies,reflect the characteristics of the "bottom-up" Party building of community social organizations,enhance the quality of the Party building work of community members through social work methods,cultivate the community backbone residents in the party building activities,and accurately position the role of social workers in the party building of community social organizations.We will introduce the working mode of "social worker+Party building" into the grassroots Party building work,expand the coverage of professional social work,and further improve its specialization and localization.
