Research On The Optimization Of E-government Construction Of Tax Bureau In F County,Heilongjiang Province

As the new generation “Internet” technologies boom,such as the Internet of things,the virtual cloud computing and artificial intelligence,the era of digitization is coming to us step by step.How to utilize a series of advanced mobile communication technology measures to build e-government and achieve “Internet + government service ” is an important topic that needs to be discussed and studied at present.Because the tax-related service is also an important section of the public services,so the e-government and tax-related services were deeply integrated by local taxation authorities at all levels under the initiative of the“Internet+” plan that the State Administration of Taxation actively proposed.The e-government has made full use of its advantages which are apparently accurate,efficient,convenient and fast to improve the efficiency and quality of tax-related services of tax bureaus.E-government as a new model for working,there are still many details of the construction of its system and software that need to be improved,and taxation business and policies are becoming more diverse and complex with the diverse development of the economy.Therefore,the current e-government construction needs to match with the changing tax-related requirements.To continuously improve and optimize e-government construction,tax-related information can be shared across levels and sectors and genuinely complete the connectivity of e-government platform in various departments.All these measures are able to satisfy taxpayers’ needs and optimize doing business environment.Based on the results of relevant study and comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper outlines the status of e-government construction of tax bureau of F county at present,and it first demonstrates the outline and developing experience of e-government construction of tax bureau of F county.Secondly,a questionnaire was carried out on the tax-related satisfaction of taxpayers within the jurisdiction of the tax bureau of F county and its internal civil servants,based on the circumstances of “Internet + ”.Through processing and analyzing the data collected from the questionnaire,this paper finds out the main problems which are faced by the tax bureau of F county in the e-government construction period and reflected behind the data,and meanwhile summarizes the reasons.To solve the problems revealed in this paper,a e-government construction optimization scheme was comprehensively and creatively designed for F county tax bureau.Finally,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization scheme,the systems,technologies and resources,the three kinds of safeguard measures,are formulated.
