Research On Performance Management Evaluation Of Winter Sports Team In Hei Long Jiang Province

The successful bid of Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games has become an important opportunity for the country to vigorously promote and develop winter events.The state has issued relevant policy documents pointing out that it is necessary to deepen the reform of the training and management system of the national team,establish a performance evaluation index system,pay close attention to the construction of the management team,and improve the level of accurate and refined management and service.However,there are many problems in the process of performance management of winter sports professional teams in Heilongjiang Province.Therefore,professional teams should improve the concept of performance management,improve the performance management process,and strengthen the modernization of sports governance ability and governance system.Under this background,the research first analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of performance management of winter sports professional teams in Heilongjiang Province.Using the methods of literature research,interview,questionnaire and empirical analysis,this paper preliminarily constructs,selects and finally determines the performance management evaluation index system of winter project professional teams in Heilongjiang Province,including performance management plan,performance management monitoring,performance management evaluation Performance management feeds back 4 primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators,and uses analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the index system.Finally,according to the evaluation index system,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the performance management of Heilongjiang ice hockey professional team by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and obtains the evaluation results;This paper analyzes the results,puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions,and proves that the index system can effectively enhance the effectiveness of performance management of professional teams of winter events in Heilongjiang Province and improve the management level of professional teams.
