| According to the results of the seventh national census,the proportion of Chinese population over 60 years old has been more than 18% of the total population,which shows that the current Chinese population aging phenomenon is becoming increasingly serious.In this case,the traditional pension mode has been unable to meet the basic old-age services of the elderly,including the material needs and spiritual needs.Therefore,as an effective supplement of Chinese old-age care,community home care service has begun to get on the stage of old-age service.This mode of multi-subject participation and multi-party cooperation not only meets the psychological needs of the elderly to "love home",but also enables the elderly to experience more professional pension services,which has unique advantages for solving the current pension dilemma of the elderly in China.In recent years,Weifang,starting from the actual needs of the elderly,adheres to the problem-oriented,highlights the weak links,grasp the focus of work,constantly promulgating relevant documents and policies,and takes various measures to promote the high-quality and high-speed development of the city’s old-age service industry,which is especially evident in the community home-based old-age service.In this thesis,starting from the basic national conditions and policy background,reference the literature of community home endowment service at home and abroad,adopts the method of questionnaire and interview,launched an investigation on the elderly and other related subjects,from several aspects research Weicheng District community home endowment service development present situation,and the data obtained by questionnaire survey and interview are used to analyze the supply and demand.Through the analysis of supply and demand of community home-based care service in this area,it is found that there are many problems in the supply content,talent,capital and participation degree of each subject.Specific performance:community home care service resources supply and demand imbalance,service personnel comprehensive quality is low and professional talent shortage,investment funds are not in place.Based on the research of the problem,the main causes of the above problems are analyzed,including: Community home-based care services related policies and regulations are not compatible,Governments at all levels and the market play an uneven role,the multi-subject participation pattern of community home care services is defective,the community home care services lack of pension professionals attraction.Finally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further improve relevant policies and regulations,build a diversified and multichannel investment and development mechanism,enrich the content of community home-based care services and improve the professional level of pension staff,hoping to further improve the level of community home-based care services in Weicheng District. |
