Rural Women Participate In The Research On Rural Governance

In 2011,the State Council of the People’s Republic of China issued and implemented the Outline for Chinese Women’s Development(2011-2020),which added social gender awareness to China’s legal system and public policy.The Outline points out that the women’s care and service system needs to be more thorough and improved,so that women’s unique advantages in the field of public activities and family life to the public,so as to more effectively improve the initiative,creativity and enthusiasm of rural women for participation.Due to the uncoordinated urban and rural development,inadequate rural development and other reasons,the rural young and middle-aged labor force is seriously insufficient,and the women groups have become the main labor force in the village.In agriculture and rural development,rural women are not afraid of hard work,difficulties,down-to-earth,in the new countryside in the construction of living up to expectations.In 2019,the No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee proposed to improve the rural governance mechanism,fully integrate autonomy,rule of law and rule of virtue,and create a vibrant,harmonious and orderly rural governance.This requires every member of the country to participate and contribute himself.However,for thousands of years,rural women have been influenced by traditional culture,and their thinking is bound by multiple factors.The participation attitude of rural women needs to change to a good direction,the ability to participate in rural governance has greater room for improvement,and the environment and atmosphere for rural women to participate in governance need to be further created.It is an urgent problem to explore and improve the participation of rural women,and to make rural women give full play to women’s strength in the modernization of rural governance.Based on Maslow’s need for hierarchical theory,self-concept and multi-governance theory,this paper takes Hebei Province as a research area to obtain the real data of rural women’s participation in rural governance through literature research,questionnaire survey and field interviews.Through data analysis software collected data analysis,found that there are many problems in the process of rural women to participate in rural governance,namely women self limits,political participation consciousness,participate in rural governance way,grass-roots women’s federation weak,cultural atmosphere social atmosphere is not conducive to rural women to participate in rural governance.This paper analyzes the causes of rural women’s participation through politics,economy,culture and society,and proposes the countermeasures to promote and improve the participation of rural women.At the rural women subject level,attention should be paid to the comprehensive ability of rural women,improve their awareness of participation,increase income source and economic status;at the social atmosphere level,improve multiple participation channels,ensure smooth channels,create a good participation atmosphere,build network system,build rural women growth platform;improve the system provisions at the policy level,strengthen supervision at all levels,protect rural women’s rights and interests,and consolidate the reform achievements.It is hoped that through the improvement of rural women’s own comprehensive ability and the efforts of various society,rural women’s participation in rural governance can be further improved,so that rural women can contribute their own strength in the modernization of rural governance.
