Study On The Rule Of Law Guarantee Of Rural New Social Organization Participation In Rural Governance

Many new social organizations appear in rural areas,which play an important role in the construction of local rural autonomy,rule by law and rule by virtue,and become an important part of the main body of rural governance in the new era.After the development in recent years,the role of new rural social organizations in rural governance has become increasingly obvious,and the protection of the rule of law has also achieved initial results,reflected in: the relevant legal system has been formulated,the participation channels of the village according to law have gradually increased,but there are still insufficient legal basis,lack of legal effect,lack of legal relief,insufficient legal supervision and so on.The reason is mainly the reason of rule of law thinking and rule of law mode,law and related system,rule of law practice.Based on the background and living environment of new social organizations in rural areas,we should strengthen the guarantee of rule of law from many aspects,specifically: strengthen the thinking and mode of rule of law of new social organizations in rural governance,perfect the law and related system,perfect the mechanism of new social organizations in rural areas to manage villages according to law,and strengthen the legal supervision and rights guarantee of new social organizations in rural areas.
