Social Work Institutions In Y District Of Mianyang City Participated In Community Research

In order to promote the transformation of government functions and efficiently solve the complex and changeable social problems that have emerged in the process of realizing the modernization of grass-roots governance,the role of social work in it has become more and more prominent.In response to the requirements of the development of the times,social work institutions,as the carrier of social work,have developed rapidly with the support of policies with their unique professionalism and become an important force in community governance.Therefore,exploring the methods,dilemmas and results of social work institutions participating in community governance has a far-reaching impact on promoting the development of public welfare undertakings and promoting social harmony and stability.Based on the theory of polycentric governance and embedded theory,this paper follows the framework of "practical process-facing difficulties-cause analysis-countermeasure suggestions",fully draws on the classic practices of community governance in other urban areas in China,and combines the actual situation of the development of social work institutions in Mianyang City’s Y District to derive the above optimization countermeasures.It is hoped that this study will clarify the direction of the healthy development of social work institutions in Mianyang City,and provide a useful reference for promoting the improvement of community governance level in Mianyang City.This study takes the local social work institutions in Mianyang City’s Y District as an example and starts from six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction section that includes the background,significance,content and methodology of the research.Chapter II is conceptual definition,including core concepts such as social work institutions and community governance,and non-governmental organizations.The third chapter describes the current situation of social work institutions in community governance in Mianyang City,Y District,and investigates,analyzes,and elaborates on the current situation of social work institutions participating in community governance.The fourth chapter focuses on the dilemma and reasons for social work institutions’ participation in community governance,and deeply analyzes the dilemma of social work institutions’ participation in community governance and the reasons for their occurrence.Chapter 5 summarizes and refines the successful practices of social work institutions participating in community governance in other cities in China,and then sorts out the experience and enlightenment of social work institutions participating in community governance.The sixth chapter is to summarize the full text,aiming at the problems existing in the process of participation,such as unequal relations with other governance subjects,few funding channels,etc.,and then starting from the construction of the external environment,such as the construction and improvement of laws and regulations,expanding funding sources and diversification;From the internal level of the organization,such as improving the internal management mechanism of the institution and improving the professional service capabilities,the optimization countermeasures are proposed.
