| As the society pays more and more attention to the public administration unit,the Immigration Management Police gradually come into the public sight,and its performance appraisal content has unique applicability,the establishment of a scientific and complete performance appraisal system has become an urgent need for this group,and also provides a reference for other public administrative units.Since 2019,the branch of border management of W city has adopted the performance appraisal method of civil servants,and has not combined with its own characteristics in the concrete implementation,and various problems have become increasingly prominent.According to the present situation of the performance appraisal of the detachment’s civilian police,this thesis analyzes the research background,the concept of performance appraisal and the basic theory by using the domestic and foreign theoretical research results for reference,and uses the questionnaire survey and individual interview to investigate and assess the present situation,to fully understand the current performance appraisal procedures,methods,results of application and other aspects,in-depth analysis of the reasons for the problems,reference 360 ° performance appraisal method to optimize the performance appraisal countermeasures.The results show that there are some problems in the performance assessment of the border management detachment in w city,such as unreasonable assessment standards,inappropriate assessment methods,disconnection between assessment and management,and weak practicability of results feedback,etc.,we can take some measures to make it more scientific and effective,such as designing diversified assessment indexes,perfecting the management and control system of assessment process,paying attention to the role of assessment in improving work ability,and perfecting the mechanism of application of assessment results. |
