Study On The Reconstruction Of Old Residential Areas In Xilinhot,Inner Mongolia

The reconstruction of old urban communities is a livelihood project and development project benefiting the whole people.It is of great significance to promote the people’s livelihood,expand domestic demand,meet the people’s needs for a better life,promote the transformation of urban renewal,development and construction mode,and promote high-quality economic development.With the development of the city,the problems of damaged buildings,imperfect infrastructure,dirty living environment and lack of effective management in the old residential areas in Xilinhot have become increasingly prominent,which have seriously affected the improvement of residents’ living standards and the development of urban modernization.By the end of 2021,the first batch of large-scale reconstruction of old communities in Xilinhot has been basically completed.At this time,strengthening the research and analysis of the reconstruction of old communities will help to optimize and improve the reconstruction of old communities in Xilinhot in the future.This paper uses the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,interview and case analysis to understand the implementation scheme and reconstruction situation of the old community reconstruction in Xilinhot,combined with the questionnaire survey of residents,the interview with relevant staff,the citizen mailbox information on the government official website and the field visit survey data,It is found that there are some problems in the transformation of old residential areas in Xilinhot,such as the degree of transformation is not deep enough,the transformation funds are seriously insufficient,the transformation process is slow,the finishing work lags behind,the transformation results are difficult to maintain for a long time,and there are potential safety hazards in the transformation work.After learning from the advanced experience of the transformation of old residential areas in developed areas,in view of the problems existing in the transformation of old residential areas in Xilinhot,we need to improve from the aspects of upgrading the transformation content guided by the needs of the people,broadening the channels of capital sources,establishing a multi sectoral cooperation mechanism,improving the long-term management and protection mechanism of old residential areas,and using information technology to strengthen the coordination and cooperation among various departments in the transformation,Thus,the reconstruction of the old community in Xilinhot can be completed better and bring more satisfaction to the residents.
