At present,in our country,the community is the basic unit for urban residents to live,for the resident danwei and their employees to work,produce and live,as well as the basic governance unit for urban administration and public service provision.However,in terms of the current research field of community governance,there are many studies on the participation of residents,governments,social organizations and other subjects in community governance,especially in the community governance of the residence.There is insufficient attention and less research on the participation of resident danwei and their employees in community governance,especially in the local community governance.Firstly,this paper systematically reviews the research on community governance,the relationship between danwei and communities,and the employees’ participation in community governance of danwei at home and abroad.On this basis,this paper clearly defines the concepts of resident danwei,local community,and community governance,and divides the employees’ participation in local community governance of resident danwei into three categories.Secondly,based on public service motivation theory,theory of planned behavior and social exchange theory,this paper puts forward eight research hypotheses,constructs a research model of employees’ participation in local community governance of resident danwei,and designs the corresponding measurement scales.Thirdly,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on 346 employees of Shanghai resident danwei,and conducted empirical analysis and hypothesis testing by using methods such as reliability analysis,validity analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,regression analysis and so on.The study found that:(1)The main influencing factors of employees’ willingness to participate in local community governance of Shanghai resident danwei are public service motivation,behavioral attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavioral control;(2)The main influencing factor of employees’ participation in local community governance of Shanghai resident danwei is employees’ willingness to participate in local community governance of Shanghai resident danwei;(3)Participation reward and joint construction play a moderating role in the direct impact of behavioral attitude,subjective norms,and perceived behavioral control on employees’ participation in local community governance of Shanghai resident danwei,as well as the first half of the indirect impact of willingness to participate in local community governance on employees’ participation in local community governance partly.Finally,this paper puts forward the feasible countermeasures to promote the employees’ participation in local community governance of Shanghai resident danwei,that is,enhance the employees’ willingness to participate in local community governance of Shanghai resident danwei,enhance public service motivation,enhance behavioral attitude,enhance subjective norms,enhance perceived behavioral control,and point out the innovation and shortcomings of this study.
