Evaluation Of The Effect Of Ageing-appropriate Renovation In Old Neighborhoods In Xi’an And Research On Countermeasuresn

Older neighborhoods are an important part of China’s urban space and play an important role in urban life.With the change of the times,many neighborhoods are not able to meet the increasingly rich needs of the elderly due to the long construction age,long service life and old supporting facilities,which need to be repaired and improved.As an important carrier to meet the needs of the elderly,the "ageability" of old neighborhoods is directly related to the quality of life of most elderly people in their later years.In order to adapt to the upcoming moderate aging society,to give full play to the special advantages of the community aging-in-place model,and to take into account the national plan for the renovation of old urban neighborhoods,it is especially urgent and important to conduct a research and review on the evaluation of the effectiveness of aging-friendly renovation in old neighborhoods.Therefore,by exploring the needs of the elderly groups,fully considering the actual conditions of the old neighborhoods in Xi’an,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the effectiveness of aging-friendly renovation in old neighborhoods,evaluates the effectiveness of aging-friendly renovation in old neighborhoods,discovers the problems in the renovation process and proposes targeted improvement measures to further improve and optimize the effectiveness of aging-friendly renovation in old neighborhoods,so as to effectively enhance the scientific and feasibility of aging-friendly renovation in old neighborhoods.In order to further improve and optimize the effectiveness of the aging retrofitting in old neighborhoods,the scientific,feasibility and perfection of the aging retrofitting in old neighborhoods can be effectively improved,so as to build a comfortable,safe and beautiful living environment for the elderly.Based on the results of field research in each district(county)of Xi’an,this paper refers to the existing theories and literature at home and abroad,listens to the opinions and suggestions of experts,refers to the results of questionnaire interviews,and draws on the research results of relevant scholars to screen and form the aging-appropriate evaluation index system of old neighborhoods.Specifically,it includes three guideline layers of aging-friendly facilities,aging-friendly environment and aging-friendly services,with 8 sub-criteria layers and 33 indicator layers of aging facilities,barrier-free facilities,home service safety,activity room comfort,mental health counseling and home management services.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the subjective and objective weight calculation methods,the entropy weight method was determined to be used for the calculation of the evaluation index weights.Based on the evaluation index system and the related weighting results,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to evaluate the effect of aging-friendly renovation in old neighborhoods in Xi’an,and some districts(counties)in Xi’an were selected for secondary verification,and the overall score of aging-friendly renovation in old neighborhoods in Xi’an and the aging-friendly score of renovated old neighborhoods in some districts(counties)were obtained respectively,and the results of empirical analysis were analyzed The results of the empirical analysis revealed that the accessibility of the old neighborhoods,the completeness of the elderly facilities and the quality of the elderly-friendly services in the old neighborhoods were the main factors influencing the score of the aging-friendly retrofitting in the old neighborhoods of Xi’an.Based on the evaluation results,strategies and policy guarantee mechanisms are proposed to improve and enhance the effectiveness of aging-friendly retrofitting in old neighborhoods from three aspects: aging-friendly facilities,aging-friendly environment and aging-friendly services.
