| The popularity of mobile terminal equipment and the rapid development of the Internet have stimulated the vitality of the Internet demand of elderly users,and the number of elderly Internet users is increasing,with the concept of "Healthy China" deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,massive online health information has sprung up,but elderly users due to the influence of cultural level,cognitive level,information literacy and other factors,The health information needs are often not fully met,and at the same time,it also leads to a series of problems are significantly different from other age groups in the process of online health information participation of elderly users.Do not let a new window open,close the original door,and strive to keep up with the development of the times,while respecting the right of the elderly to live a slow life.Through deep analysis of the behavioral characteristics,demand preferences,influencing factors,and evolution laws of elderly users at different stages of online health information participation behavior,reasonably guides elderly users to participate in online health information,elderly user groups can adapt to and integrate into the modern information society,help elderly users improve their sense of self-identity,belonging,acquisition and happiness,and effectively focus on the characteristics and real needs of the elderly.Timely discover the key psychological problems and technical weaknesses faced by the elderly in their participation in online health information,and propose feasible strategies for the application of online health information to adapt to aging,so as to help elderly user groups narrow the digital divide and share the achievements of information society development.This paper can be divided into three research phases.The first stage is the theoretical research stage,through the method of literature analysis systematically sorts out the research results and conceptual theories related to the online health information behavior of elderly users at home and abroad,puts forward the information participation behavior of the system elements of online health information of elderly users from the perspective of mobile terminal,summarizes the process stage,internal and external motivation influence,and constructs the motivation and participation process model of online health information of elderly users.The second stage studies the participation behavior of elderly users in different stages of online health information,and takes mobile terminals as the research perspective,using mixed methods,text mining methods and related theories to conduct in-depth research on the behavior process.The third stage is the research on suitable aging transformation strategy based on the research results of online health information participation behavior process of mobile elderly users,and the transformation strategies of health applications are proposed for the corresponding stages.The specific research content of this paper includes:Chapter 1 introduces the background of the topic selection and the main content of the research,reviews the research status of online health information behavior of elderly users at home and abroad,and introduces the content,research methods and research techniques of this paper in detail.Chapter 2 clarifies the concept of mobile terminal perspective,the definition of elderly users,the concept of online health information,the definition of online health information participation behavior,the definition of suitable aging transformation,and the related theories of online health information participation behavior,including motivation theory,technology acceptance theory,information system success theory,information system continuous use theory,stress and coping interaction theory,and the specific content and SICAS theory.Chapter 3 divides the process of online health information participation behavior of elderly users into stages in the chronological order of information participation behavior,puts forward the systematic elements of online information behavior of elderly users from the perspective of mobile terminal,and puts forward the internal motivation and external motivation of online information participation behavior of elderly users based on motivation theory.The construction of the motivation and participation process model of online health information of elderly users,as the core of the theoretical framework of the whole paper,provides a logical and theoretical basis for the development of subsequent research.Chapter 4 analyzes the online health information search behavior of elderly users from the perspective of mobile terminals.Through the mixed research method,questionnaire research was first used to understand the basic information of elderly users such as online health information search search channels,search health information content types,and retrieval methods.Then,SPSS statistical analysis software was used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data.More detailed and specific interview data were obtained through semi-structured interviews,and the three-level coding of Nvivo12 software was used to extract and summarize the influencing factors of online health information search behavior of elderly users,and the mechanism between influencing factors and search behavior was deeply analyzed,which provided a theoretical basis for the proposal of suitable aging transformation strategies for health information application.Chapter 5 analyzes the use behavior of elderly users’ online health information from the perspective of mobile terminals.Based on the theory of technology acceptance,the theory of success of information system,the theory of continuous use of information system,and the theory of interaction between stress and coping,the online health information use behavior model of the elderly user group was constructed,and the continuous use behavior and the burnout behavior in the online health information use behavior of the elderly user were analyzed in turn by using the QCA qualitative comparative analysis method,and the motivation and internalmechanism affecting the online health information use behavior of the elderly user group were discussed in a multi-factor configuration manner.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the proposal of suitable aging transformation strategies for the application of health information.Chapter 6 analyzes the online health information sharing behavior of elderly users from the perspective of mobile terminals.Using text mining method,using web crawler theory and Python technology combined with Baidu Tieba elderly user data,using lac2.0 to realize word segmentation operation and visualizing the data according to the three dimensions of time,content and theme,in-depth analysis of the online health information sharing behavior and evolution characteristics of the elderly user group,it is concluded that the level of online health information demand of elderly users is constantly increasing,and the online health information enjoys the influence of policy orientation and the stage of the era,as well as the diversification,practicality,and sharing of themes.The highly interactive feature provides a theoretical basis for the application of health information to the proposal of suitable aging transformation strategies.Chapter 7 analyzes the application of online health information to suitable aging transformation strategies.Highlighting the importance of online health information application suitable aging transformation and the dilemma faced by elderly users in online health information participation behavior,based on the research conclusions of chapters 4,5 and 6 of this paper,the suitable aging transformation strategies of online health information application is proposed.From the government,online health information platform and elderly user groups,the suitable aging transformation strategies of online health information search behavior stage,online health information use behavior stage,and online health information sharing behavior stage are respectively proposed,so as to help promote the process of information suitable aging and barrier-free construction,and ensure the integration of the elderly into digital life.Finally,the research content,research conclusions and innovation points of this paper are summarized,the limitations of this paper are pointed out,and the deepening direction of future research is proposed for the research shortcomings of this paper.At the theoretical level,this paper combines the concept of mobile terminal and information behavior,which provides a new research perspective for the research of online health information behavior of elderly users,and enriches and improves the theoretical system of online health information behavior of elderly users.At the practical level,it will help promote the improvement of the service quality of online health information platform suitable for aging,and provide reference for the government to implement the reform of ageing to help elderly users narrow the digital divide.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide a method and concept for the construction of a civilized and friendly network environment for the elderly user group,and promote the continuous improvement of online health information services suitable for aging with the help of the Internet,mobile terminal technology and service informatization. |
