In the process of emergency management,the importance of emergency information is self-evident.In order to improve the efficient use of emergency information in emergencies,it is necessary to improve the participation of the whole society in emergency information collaboration,especially to improve the enthusiasm of the public in emergency information collaboration.The public in the emergency scene is the disaster-affected,and their emergency information is more accurate and timely,which is of great value for timely grasping the event situation and formulating correct emergency decisions.In order to promote the public to participate more actively in the collaborative activities of emergency information,it is of great significance to explore the dynamic evolution law and influence mechanism of emergency information collaboration in public groups.Emergency information collaboration in emergencies and public participation in emergency information management has attracted the attention of experts and scholars in various fields.This paper analyzes the collaborative environment of emergency information and the behavior characteristics of public subjects in emergencies.Using the method of combining complex network and evolutionary game,this paper studies the collaborative evolution mechanism of emergency information in public-centered network under emergency scenarios,and explores the influence of different parameters on the collaborative results.The specific work is as follows.Based on the previous theoretical research and the game perspective of complex networks,this paper establishes an evolutionary game model of public emergency information dissemination collaboration on the basis of constructing a public-centered BA scale-free network of emergency information dissemination collaboration.The change of public group’s strategy selection is analyzed,and the evolution law of public emergency information synergy is studied.MATLAB software is used to simulate the evolution process of public emergency information coordination.Through the adjustment of external environmental parameters,the influence of emergency severity,emergency information dissemination cost,government emergency information coordination guidance and government emergency response speed on public emergency information coordination participation is discussed.The numerical simulation and results verify the rationality and effectiveness of the model,and draw the following conclusions.The more serious the emergency,the lower the cost of disseminating emergency information,the higher the public participation in emergency information collaboration.The government’s strong guidance and more timely emergency response to emergency information collaborative behavior can also promote the rapid participation of the public in emergency information collaborative activities.According to the analysis of the evolution process of public participation in emergency information synergy and the identification of key influencing factors in the research conclusion,this paper can provide a theoretical reference for relevant departments to understand the dynamic change of public strategy selection in the process of emergency information synergy and formulate emergency disposal strategies based on it.Starting from the practical application scenarios,this paper puts forward practical countermeasures and suggestions from the macro planning and micro measures,in order to provide practical guidance for the dilemma of emergency information management under emergencies.
