| China has entered an aging population society.With the passage of time,the aging population is deepening.According to the data of the National Bureau of statistics,the national population was 1412.6 million at the end of 2021,an increase of 480000 over the end of the previous year.Among them,267.36 million people aged 60 and above,accounting for 18.9% of the total population.The population aged 65 and above is 200.56 million,accounting for 14.2% of the total population.According to relevant forecasts,China’s elderly population aged 60 and over will reach about 300 million by 2025,more than 400 million by 2035 and close to 500 million in the mid-1950s;The proportion of people aged 60 and over will exceed 35% by 2050.China is now facing the situation that the rapid aging of population is intertwined with aging,empty nest,disability and other issues.This paper mainly studies that qxy Elderly Care Service Co.,Ltd.,as a private elderly care enterprise in Dongying,has "bottleneck" problems in the development and operation of the company,such as low profits,excessive assets and liabilities,and insufficient potential for the development of the company.Through the study of relevant theories,according to the analysis of internal and external factors of qxy Elderly Care Service Co.,Ltd.,combined with the analysis of interview and questionnaire survey results,this paper formulates the development strategic objectives of qxy Elderly Care Service Co.,Ltd.and constructs a private elderly care enterprise with Dongying characteristics.By comparing the possibilities of various strategic development,it is determined to follow the two-step approach of the overall development strategy to realize the high-quality and efficient development of the enterprise.In the first development stage(1-2 years),the enterprise is in the period of consolidation and improvement,focusing on the centralized strategy.The main approach is to establish a good corporate image,improve service quality and make steady profits.In the second development stage(three to five years),the enterprise is in the stage of rapid development,that is,on the basis of the first development stage,grasp the development opportunity,broaden the service scope,and create a deeply influential medical and nursing combined elderly care enterprise.At the same time,it puts forward corresponding specific safeguard measures from the perspective of functional strategy to ensure the healthy and efficient development of enterprises.Through the research and analysis of qxy Elderly Care Service Co.,Ltd.,this paper can provide some reference for the healthy and efficient development of other elderly care service enterprises through the analysis of enterprise development strategy positioning,goal determination and development strategy implementation,and provide some ideas and reference for better solving the common difficulties and problems encountered by China’s elderly care service enterprises. |
