Research On Ideological And Political Work In Private Enterprises Sustainable Development

With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up as well as socialist marketeconomy, the private enterprise, which has been developing rapidly and taken anincreasingly important position in the national economy, contributes a lot to thesustainable development of China’s economic, meanwhile, the development of theprivate economy highlights the ideological and political work, known as "lifeline" of theenterprise, which can ensure continuous, healthy and stable development only if it keepsup with the time, innovation and constantly enhances the vitality and competitive forceof the enterprise.The private enterprise is different from state-owned enterprise in the property rightstructure and organization management mode, as well as the labor relations andproduction methods, which leads a certain difficulty in developing the ideological andpolitical work in private enterprise, because there is no mode for reference. Theinnovation of this paper is indicated as follows: establishing objectives and tasks as wellas finding means and methods of the ideological and political work in the sustainabledevelopment of private enterprise, further promote the development of privateenterprise. This article focuses on actual situation of the ideological and political workin the sustainable development of China’s private enterprises which is studied using acombination of theoretical analysis and empirical research methods. The full textconsists of an introduction and four-chapter text as bellow:The first chapter provides dialectical analysis on the sustainable development andideological-political work of private enterprise. First, it clarifies the connotation of thesustainable development of private enterprise, analyses the various factors which affectthe sustainable development of private enterprise and lays the groundwork for the study;second, it expounds the role of ideological and political work in the sustainabledevelopment of private enterprise; lastly, it discusses the interaction between thesustainable development and the ideological-political work of private enterprise.The second chapter analyses the status of ideological and political work in thesustainable development of private enterprise by which it is an affirmation for the success made, meanwhile, puts forward the existing problems and reasons analysis,finally points out the importance and urgency of the ideological and political work inthe sustainable development of private enterprise.In the third chapter, it proposes the basic steps of the ideological and political workin the sustainable development of private enterprise, usefully explores and attempts toestablish goals and tasks as well as find ways and methods of the ideological andpolitical work in the sustainable development of private enterprise.I researched the status of ideological and political work of Beijing Dynamic PowerCo., Ltd. as a demonstration in the fourth chapter.
