Study On The Motivation Of Township Civil Servants In Xunyang City

As the saying goes,“Above a thousand lines,below a needle.” As the direct executors of national policies,township civil servants directly serve the general public and are the bridge and bond that keeps the flesh-and-blood ties between the Party and the people,it is the most important point in rural economic development and cultural&social construction,and are the main force in rural revitalization.How to stimulate the vigor of township civil servants and whether the incentive mechanism of township civil servants is scientific and effective are related to whether the top-level design of rural revitalization can steady stay here.Xunyang facing the current situation of large number of tasks of Rural Revitalization and fatigue of town cadres,how to mobilize the enthusiasm of township civil servants and how to develop more quality are the dilemmas that Xunyang city urgently needs to solve.This paper selected Xunyang town civil servants as the research object,using the methods of questionnaire survey,on-the-spot interview and literature research,discussed the incentive problem of Xunyang town civil servants under the background of rural revitalization.Through the investigation,we found that there are some problems in the motivation of the township civil servants in Xunyang City,such as the wage level is not proportional to the workload,unobtrusive guiding effect of assessment,limited promotion space and mere formality of training;the unequal rights and responsibilities,the backwardness of incentive concept,the imperfection of incentive system and the insufficiency of incentive means are the main reasons leading to the above-mentioned problems,in order to improve the motivation of the township civil servants in Xunyang City,we should deepen the reform,optimize the motivation idea,perfect the motivation mechanism,enrich the motivation means and strengthen the self-motivation of township civil servants.
