With the deepening of higher education reform,China’s higher education has entered the stage of popularization.The quantity and quality of students have changed,and students’ sense of service has increased,which poses new challenges to the management of students in colleges and universities,requiring colleges and universities to change their management concepts,integrate educational resources,reform the student management system and improve their management level."One-stop" administrative service model came into being.This service model integrates the daily affairs that the faculty and staff in the school need to handle,and realizes online and offline transaction processing with the help of information technology.However,the "one-stop" administrative service model still has shortcomings in colleges and universities.Combining with the university where I work,this paper analyzes the present situation of "one-stop" administrative service center of Y University after obtaining first-hand related information,explores problems and studies solutions.In the research,combining literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods,this paper summarizes the problems of "one-stop" administrative service construction in Y University,puts forward solutions and completes the systematic planning.The main content of this paper can be divided into six parts.Firstly,the introduction introduces the research background and significance,research purpose and content,research methods and innovations.Then,it analyzes the definition of "one-stop" service and related concepts of "one-stop" service in colleges and universities,as well as the overview of new public management theory and collaboration theory,so as to lay theoretical support for the research.At the same time,it analyzes the current situation of the "one-stop" service center of Y University,and summarizes the problems and reasons of the "one-stop" administrative service of Y University with the help of questionnaire survey.Finally,according to the actual situation of Y University,the countermeasures are put forward.The research shows that although the one-stop administrative service center of Y University still has some shortcomings,through continuous optimization,the quality and efficiency of the one-stop administrative service can be effectively improved.With the help of this research,the experience of solving the one-stop administrative service problems of Y University can be accumulated,and at the same time,it can provide reference for the construction of the one-stop administrative service of other public universities.
