As a new business form developed by traditional financial business superimposed on information technology,Internet lending has undergone a regulatory policy transition from pilot to strict supervision in China.Behind it,Internet lending has changed from the highly anticipated inclusive finance to major financial services.Changes in security risks. The current Internet loan business has undoubtedly entered an environment of strict supervision, but from the existing research on Internet loan supervision policies, there are more qualitative and description of the current situation, and less evaluation and evaluation of the effect of supervision policies.By designing the evaluation index system of China’s Internet loan supervision policy, which reflects the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, and represents the new trend of the development of supervision theory,it will help to provide reference and guidance for the next step of supervision. This study combs the development and supervision status of the Internet loan industry, combines the public interest theory and governance theory to form the value guidance of China’s Internet loan supervision policy evaluation index system, and forms the Internet loan supervision policy effect analysis framework on this basis. Then, through Delphi method and AHP,combined with the analysis framework,a Chinese Internet loan evaluation index system including three dimensions of ordinary people’s perception, practitioners’ perception and regional regulatory consistency and 11 secondary indicators was generated.Under the designation of each indicator measurement method, with the support of designing questionnaires and collecting data and relevant statistical data from the People’s Bank of China and the National Bureau of Statistics, the evaluation results of China’s Internet loan supervision policies in 2021 were obtained, and it was found that the subjects involved in the supervision policies were summarized.Lack of communication and interaction,non-public sector subjects’ interest demands are not taken seriously, and the internal pace of public sector subjects is inconsistent for three reasons that affect the score. Finally,it puts forward targeted supervision strengthening suggestions from three aspects: improving the communication between various subjects, paying attention to the interests and demands of different subjects, and building a coordinated and unified supervision system.
