Student party branches are the basic organizations of the party in colleges and universities,and they are the important focus point for promoting the development of grass-roots party construction in colleges and universities.A deep understanding of the guiding role of the general requirements of party construction in the new era is an important driving force for strengthening the construction of student party branches in colleges and universities.The fundamental task of our colleges and universities is to cultivate builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and young students are responsible for the great mission of realizing the "Chinese dream".The student party branch is a key part of nurturing people for the Party and the country.The new era has put forward higher requirements for the construction of student party branches in colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of student party branches and give full play to the role of student party members and party branches.How to build high-quality student party branches and create a good atmosphere for the majority of students in colleges and universities is a problem that needs attention nowadays.In the new era,the Party and the state pay more and more attention to the party building in colleges and universities.A series of documents have been issued from 2017 to2021,playing an important guiding role in the construction of party branches in colleges and universities,especially the Regulations on the Work of Communist Party of China Grassroots Organizations in Ordinary Colleges and Universities(2021).The construction of the student Party branch has been on the road,therefore,the student Party branch in the implementation of the party’s requirements in the process,there will be some deficiencies,which requires us to timely find and effectively improve.The thesis focuses on the construction of party branch of college students in the new era of provincial universities in Jilin province the current situation of undergraduate and graduate student party branch of the construction of the part of the interview and questionnaire,combined with information related to the "new era of e branch",based on research results,summed up the more requirements for students’ party branch construction,improve quality of student party members,party branch work system to further improve.It is analyzed that there are still some deficiencies in college student party branches: some student party members’ party spirit cultivation is not enough,the follow-up education management of student party members is not in place,the professional ability of student party branches is not strong,and the quality of activities of some student party branches is not high.The reasons are as follows: the effectiveness of party spirit education of student party members is not strong,the educational management of student party branch lacks long-term mechanism,the training and education of student party branch team is insufficient,and the work of student Party branch is not innovative enough.Therefore,to strengthen the construction of the student Party branch,we should highlight the political function,strengthen the political construction of the student Party branch,enhance the effectiveness of the party spirit education of the student party members,strengthen the branch team,improve the quality of life of the organization,enhance the innovation vitality of the student Party branch with The Times,to give full play to the role of the student Party branch and the student Party members.
