Community home-based care services,as an important model to meet the service needs of most of the elderly, have problems of insufficient pertinence, lack of precision, and misalignment of supply and demand in operation, resulting in unattractive services and the inability to fully meet the service needs of the elderly. Therefore, accurately identifying the differences in the service demands of the elderly and proposing optimization strategies are not only an effective way to improve the service satisfaction of the elderly, but also a rational choice under the condition of limited social elderly service resources.Based on the above background, the research first divides the living circles of the urban communities in Laoshan District. On this basis, the first step is to study the status quo of the construction of home-based elderly care services in the typical living circles. The second step is to quantitatively analyze the differences in the demand for homebased care services in the elderly community through the KANO model. The specific performance is as follows: First, analyze the overall needs of the elderly for community home-based care services and the differences in demand items.Second, examine the differences between the“dependency”and“expectancy”of the service needs of the elderly, and make prioritization of service needs from the perspective of“dependency”and “expectancy”.Then,by sorting out the relevant literature and analyzing the characteristics of the elderly, the influencing factors of the difference in the demand for community home-based care services are selected, and the cross-analysis of the influencing factors is carried out by using the ordered Logistic model. Finally, the community home-based care services are optimized according to the influencing factors of demand differences.According to the analysis of the KANO model,at the overall level, the demand level of the elderly for community home-based care services presents a trend of “life services > medical care > cultural and entertainment”.At the level of different life circles, the common point is that each life circle has a large demand for meal assistance services and housekeeping services.Circles 2,6,and 8)have a relatively small overall demand, while the C-type life circles(life circles 7 and 10)have a relatively large demand for cultural entertainment. At the same life circle level, the demand level of the A-type life circle(life circle 1)is life service > medical care > culture and entertainment.Class B life circles(life circles 2,6,and 8)are generally small in demand.C-type life circles(life circles 7 and 10)have a greater demand for cultural and entertainment categories.According to the ordered Logistic regression analysis, the main influencing factors of the difference in demand for life services are age, living style, housing type, occupation before retirement and monthly income level, and the main influencing factors for the difference in demand for medical care are age, living style, chronic diseases The number of housing types, monthly income levels, and natural factors such as mountains and seas, the main influencing factors for differences in cultural and entertainment needs are the educational level and the number of chronic diseases. Finally, based on the analysis of the current situation of community home-based care service construction, the needs of the elderly and the factors that affect service demand, the community home-based care services for the three types of life circles A,B,and C are at the government level, social level and planning.A targeted optimization strategy is proposed at the level. For Class A living circles,it is mainly about rational planning of space layout and scientific location;for Type B living circles,it is mainly about improving the utilization rate of facilities and appropriately increasing the scale and quantity of facilities;for Type C living circles,it is mainly about facilities suitable for aging and updating and equipped with high-grade service facilities.
