Research On The People's Livelihood Construction Of The Chinese Communist Party In The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region During The Anti-Japanese Wa

The construction of people’s livelihood is closely linked to national and social development and progress,and its level is an important indicator of people’s happiness.During the War of Resistance against Japan,Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area was one of the most economically depressed and culturally backward areas in China,and people’s life was difficult to continue.Faced with such a harsh living environment,the Communist Party of China was determined to create good living conditions for the people in the border area.Through various measures to improve people’s livelihood,the predicament of people’s livelihood was effectively broken through,and the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area was built into a national demonstration area with food and clothing and a comfortable life.Through the in-depth study of the people’s livelihood construction practice of the Party in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area during the Anti-Japanese War,to explore its basic experience and important significance,to provide important enlightenment to solve the people’s livelihood problems today.This paper is divided into five parts: The first part is the theoretical origin and preliminary exploration of the CPC’s livelihood construction in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.The first part discusses the theoretical origin of the CPC’s livelihood construction in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area during the War of Resistance against Japanese aggression from the people’s livelihood theory of Marxism and the people-oriented thought of Traditional Chinese culture.On the other hand,the people’s livelihood work experience during the Great Revolution and the agrarian Revolutionary War was taken as the preliminary exploration of the party’s livelihood construction in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area during the Anti-Japanese War.The second part is the historical background of the CPC’s livelihood construction in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region during the Anti-Japanese War,mainly focusing on the serious deterioration of people’s livelihood and the realistic needs of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.The third part is the main content of the CPC’s livelihood construction in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,which is expounded from four aspects: economic construction,emphasis on medicine and health,development of culture and education,and improvement of social security.The fourth part is the distinctive characteristics and basic experience of the CPC’s livelihood construction in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.It mainly summarizes three remarkable characteristics: scientific,popular and innovative,and summarizes three important experiences in promoting production and economic prosperity,giving consideration to war and people’s livelihood,and insisting on self-reliance.The fifth part focuses on strengthening the value analysis of the party’s livelihood construction activities in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border area during the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,which not only emphasizes its important historical significance,but also highlights its important enlightening role in ensuring and improving people’s livelihood today.
