A Study On The Patriotism Education Of The Peasants In The Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region During The Anti-Japanese War

The Anti-Japanese War period was an important turning point in the growth and development of the Communist Party of China.The Anti-Japanese War is not only a just war for the Chinese people to resist Japanese imperialist aggression,but also the first national liberation war in which China has won complete victory against foreign invasion since modern times.The peasants,who accounted for the vast majority of China’s population and were the driving force of the new democratic revolution,were the cornerstone of the victory of the Anti Japanese War.Therefore,the patriotism education of the peasants in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region is of great significance.This paper takes the necessity of patriotism education for farmers in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region during the Anti Japanese war as the starting point to expound in detail that during the Anti Japanese War,the Communist Party of China adopted the methods of theoretical indoctrination education,typical education and literary edification to educate farmers in patriotism,such as national spirit,class consciousness,anti Japanese national united front and the line,principles and policies of the Communist Party of China.With the vigorous publicity,mobilization and encouragement of the government of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region,the patriotic enthusiasm of the vast number of farmers in the border region has never been higher,and the patriotic education of farmers in the border region has achieved remarkable results.It is mainly reflected in the improvement of farmers’ cultural level,ideological awareness and national consciousness,the stimulation of farmers’ patriotic enthusiasm,and the consolidation of the Anti Japanese national united front and the party’s grass-roots political power construction in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region.In the new era,promoting farmers’ patriotism education is still a very important job in the development of various undertakings of the party and the country.During the Anti Japanese War,the patriotic education of farmers in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia border region achieved remarkable results and rich experience.These practical experiences and achievements have a very important time value for the patriotic education of farmers in the new era.
