| With the increasing uncertainties faced by the rapid development of various regions in China,regional resilience that can measure the ability of regions to withstand shocks and recover development has become a research hotspot.As one of the important means of digital governance,online government services can improve traditional government services,improve the efficiency of public resource allocation,and make important contributions to the stable operation of the region.Studying the impact of online government service capabilities on regional resilience has important reference value for my country to accelerate the construction of resilient cities,and is of great significance for promoting the improvement of global resilience capabilities.In order to explore the impact of online government service capabilities on regional resilience,based on the theoretical foundations of urban life cycle theory,vulnerability theory,sustainable development theory and other theoretical foundations,a regional resilience assessment system was first constructed.Measure the regional resilience in 2020,and analyze the spatial evolution law of regional resilience;secondly,combined with the panel data of the provincial online government service capability scores from 2015 to 2020,the fixed effect model is used to empirically analyze the impact of online government service capability on regional resilience.effects,and examine potential differences in impact effects from different subdivision types;finally,relevant suggestions for improving regional resilience are put forward.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The online government service capability has a significant positive impact on regional resilience,and the improvement of online government service capability helps to enhance regional resilience,and the impact effect is higher in coastal provinces than in inland regions.(2)Different types of online government service capabilities have different impacts on regional resilience.Online government service capabilities can improve regional resilience by improving the accuracy of service guidelines and online service maturity,but the improvement in the completeness of service methods and the coverage of service items has not yet been achieved.Can significantly enhance regional toughness.(3)Although the online government service capability is of great benefit to the improvement of overall regional resilience,there is heterogeneity in its impact on different types of resilience.The online government service capability has significantly improved the resilience of the regional economy and the regional social environment,but has not significantly enhanced the resilience of the regional ecological environment and regional infrastructure.The main marginal contribution of this paper is that: the combined method of AHP and entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of regional resilience assessment indicators,and a set of comprehensive assessment index system is constructed,which provides a reference method for the measurement of regional resilience level and enriches the measurement of regional resilience assessment.research;empirically analyze the impact of online government service capabilities on regional resilience,dig deeper into the path of regional resilience improvement based on digital capability building,expand and enrich research on digital government and regional resilience,and provide useful information for the improvement of China’s regional resilience. |
