The remnant of patriarchal system results in women’s weakness of Initiative and consciousness for improving their own family status.Since they mainly rely on the permission from their father(in law)or husband to gain power and rights,it is hard for them to improve their family status by showing and claiming their value and to protect their own rights.The concrete performance is that the male-centered pattern of the construction of marriage and family consistently limits women’s ability to get family resource,to develop their autonomous and independency and to participate in paid work.Moreover,the underestimate of house work still play a role in their life.All above make women’s family status promoting shows dependency.In the context of the policy of relocating for poor alleviation,this airticle concentrates on the immigrants that have been relocated in town,and finds the transformation of patriarchal system and its influence on women’s family status,thus tries to discss what is the effect of the non-gender perspective development policy on women’s rights and gender relationship within family.Based on the patriarchal system theory,the resarch divides the structure of patriarchal system into allocative resources and authoritive resources,comparing the difference of these 2 dimenson before and after the relocating,and find its influence on women’s enjoying of family resoueces,paticipation in family decision,relative initiative and independency,workload in home,satisfaction of family status,and the dependence of women’s family status.The policy effects several part of patriarchal system,thereby lessen the dependence of women’s family status.However,there are some risk of aggravating the dependence because of the solidification of gender division of labor.Relocating for poor alleviation change those families way of residence,gender division of labor,and women’s commual participation,self-image,social position and the cognition of patriarchy,which highlight the value of domestic labor,safeguarding women’s opportunities to partake paid work,raise their awareness of autonomy and independency,therefore promote their family status.At present,the family contribution by paid work and housewoek,economic power transferring from husband,social resource and prestige comes from new social network and commual participation,social support from maiden family constitute their family status,which means their present family status show less dependency.And the risk behind the change above is that the immigrant women are facing on the double burden of housework and paid work,and the insufficient of opportunities for paid work.
