| With the reform of China’s economic system and the optimization and adjustment of industrial structure,some industries with overcapacity in Zhengzhou began to reduce the scale and reduce the cost of human resources,resulting in a large number of unemployment.At the same time,due to the accelerating process of urbanization in Henan Province,a large number of rural surplus labor forces have been released.These people have poured into the employment market in Zhengzhou,the provincial capital,and the employment situation is very serious.Many people with low educational level,older age and lack of work experience began to choose flexible employment methods such as self-employed households,small vendors,cleaners and construction and decoration workers,especially now that the platform economy is popular,under the new employment form organized and constructed by the Internet platform,flexible employees represented by outside riders,truck drivers,online car Hailing drivers,express brothers and online anchors,It accounts for an increasing proportion in the form of flexible employment in Zhengzhou.However,the difficulties faced by flexible employment personnel in Zhengzhou are gradually revealed to the public: low wage level,unstable career prospects,difficult to define labor relations,lack of due social security and so on.Based on this,the research content of this paper is the social security of flexible employees in Zhengzhou.Taking some flexible employees in Zhengzhou as the research object,this paper has a certain understanding of the current situation of social security of flexible employees in China by reading a large number of relevant literature.At the same time,combined with the method of questionnaire survey,this paper focuses on the research in Zhengzhou and analyzes the social security situation of flexible employees in Zhengzhou,It is found that the problems existing in the social security of flexible employees in Zhengzhou include the small coverage of social insurance,the low insurance rate of enterprises,the weak payment ability of flexible employees and the lack of insurance awareness.The causes of this problem are the imperfect laws and regulations of social security,the weak awareness of corporate social responsibility,the low income level of flexible employees and the inadequate publicity of social security policies.In view of the problems and causes of the social security of flexible employees in Zhengzhou,this paper puts forward specific feasible countermeasures in terms of policy,management,enterprises and flexible employees themselves,establishes a social security system that conforms to the characteristics of flexible employees and has strong applicability,and earnestly protects the legitimate rights and interests of flexible employees in Zhengzhou,so as to enable them to engage in flexible employment at ease,In order to effectively alleviate the employment contradiction of oversupply in Zhengzhou human resources market for a long time,so as to promote the stable development of the economy and maintain the long-term stability of the society. |
