With the rapid development of economy,"Internet +" big data,cloud computing and other modern technologies have been widely used in the construction of digital government.The national investment in the field of government procurement has been increasing,and the public resource trading market has also developed rapidly.A large number of first-hand market trading data have been formed,which can reflect the resource allocation,investment trend and market openness to a certain extent.The application of data management in public resource transactions has promoted the continuous improvement and upgrading of the supervision of public resource transactions,and the requirements for public supervision are more stringent.How to improve the level of supervision of public resource transactions,reduce the incidence of problems,and achieve the goal of openness,fairness and fairness of public resource transactions has become a topic of concern to the whole society.Therefore,how to make full use of the advantages of big data in data analysis,system management,information sharing,risk prevention and control,and improve the disadvantages of traditional public resource transaction supervision is of great significance to further optimize the business environment,improve government work efficiency,optimize resource allocation,and prevent corruption.This thesis analyzes and studies the current situation of public resource transaction supervision in Zhongmu county from the perspective of data management.Firstly,starting with the wide application of data management in the construction of service-oriented government,this paper expounds the research background and significance of this topic,and draws lessons from the research experience and achievements of data management in the field of public resource trading at home and abroad;Secondly,based on the theory of public governance,service-oriented government and transaction cost,this paper studies and analyzes the regulation of public resource transaction in Zhongmu county from the perspective of data management;Then,by means of on-the-spot visits,research interviews,discussion,etc.,and in combination with the actual cases of Zhongmu County,in-depth analysis of its current situation,problems and causes was carried out.Finally,four targeted improvement strategies were formulated to clarify the "human + responsibility +right" matching of data supervision subjects,improve data review efficiency through multiple measures,strengthen the analysis of dynamic supervision of the whole process data,and ensure smooth data information sharing in an all-round way,Promote the implementation of high-quality,low-risk,transparent and fair supervision of public resource transactions in Zhongmu county from the perspective of data management,provide strong support for the supervision of public resource transactions in Zhongmu County,and provide reference for the application of data management in the supervision of public resource transactions in other regions.
