| Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Party and the state have made great efforts to crack down on and punish corruption resolutely.At the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in January 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping,pointed out that compared with the "tiger" far away,the people feel more pain from the "flies" around them."Micro-corruption" is in the middle of the fuzzy zone between "incorruptibility" and "corruption",and has a more complex and hidden style of expression.colleges and universities are an integral part of society,so the "micro-corruption" phenomenon will appear in varying degrees.What is reflected behind the phenomenon is serious unhealthy tendencies,which hide the potential integrity risk.And also it will cause varying degrees of damage to the Party conduct,government work-style,school spirit and teachers’ morality in colleges and universities,as well as to the vital interests of teachers and students.Firstly,this paper adopts literature research method: to consult relevant materials and literature to lay a good theoretical foundation for this paper through various ways.Secondly,this paper adopts the methods of field visit,discussion,questionnaire survey and so on to preliminarily know the actual situation of "micro-corruption" problems in colleges and universities.Finally,through the analysis of relevant cases,this paper deeply discusses its characteristics,manifestations,harm and causes,and finally puts forward effective measures to deal with the problems of "micro-corruption" in colleges and universities.This paper draws lessons from the experience of dealing with the problems of "micro-corruption" in colleges and universities at home and abroad to put forward four governance paths:Often play the ideological "immune needle",build the system "firewall",strengthen the "hoop curse" of supervision,and reuse the "killer mace" of discipline inspection.The four governance paths are hoped to provide reference for colleges and universities to deal with the problems of "micro-corruption".The innovation of this article,through an online questionnaire and on-the-spot discussion on the way of combining field investigation focus on the part of colleges and universities in Henan,obtaining basic data,the study of many fields and all levels of institutions of higher learning crowd "micro-corruption" problems,on the basis of the "corruption" of institutions of colleges and universities and exploration on the issue of governance paths. |
