Research On Security Risks And Countermeasures Of Blockchain Technology In E-government Data Sharin

According to the 13th Five-Year Plan,it is necessary to build an integrated platform and share big data,which marks that government data sharing has entered the national strategy.In recent years,provinces and cities are also stepping up the construction of government data sharing,and have made some progress in improving the efficiency of government work and serving the public through data sharing.However,when the government promotes the construction of data sharing and carries out the practice of government sharing,it also exposes many problems,such as mutual trust between government departments,data security,data privacy protection and poor data plasticity.Due to its characteristics of multi-party joint maintenance,tamper-proof,traceability and signature encryption,the blockchain technology has been applied in the field of government data sharing on a pilot basis.At present,the application of blockchain technology in government data sharing has been successfully implemented in Nanjing,Beijing,Shenzhen and other cities.General Secretary Xi Jinping also mentioned in his 1024 speech that we should take blockchain technology as a breakthrough of independent innovation to realize the joint maintenance and utilization of government data across departments and regions.Based on this,this paper starts with core concepts such as blockchain technology,and lays the theoretical foundation of this paper by elaborating information sharing theory and cross-department cooperation theory.Secondly,it analyzes the necessity,current situation and existing problems of government data sharing in China,and then discusses how blockchain technology can be combined with government data sharing to solve the existing problems in the current government data sharing,and analyzes by taking the Beijing Blockchain e-certificate platform as an example.On this basis,it is pointed out that the current risks of blockchain technology in the field of government e-government mainly include technical risks,outsourcing risks,laws and regulations and comprehensive supervision risks,application management risks and application environment risks.For from the modified block chain technology,government services to "chain management" defuse outsourcing risks,perfecting laws and regulations and regulatory system,strengthen the block chain technology in the electronic government service system management,optimize the environment of the block chain government affairs service and so on five aspects to solve block chain technology applied in the electronic government service risk..
