Research On The Dilemma And Path Of Rural College Students To Participate In Rural Governance Under The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Rural areas are the cornerstone of national development.The realization of the goal of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity should be based on the realization of the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity.However,to promote the modernization of rural governance is not only the modernization of “things”,but also in the modernization of “people”.As a new force embedded in the rural society,rural college students are undoubtedly the time to promote the modernization of rural governance and realize the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.Based on this,the dilemma and path of rural returning college students to participate in rural governance are studied.Article in X town of Jiangxi province as the case,through the rural returning college students to participate in rural governance typical village field research,take the combination of direct and indirect,rural returning college students,and the village two committees cadres,farmers to carry out the questionnaire survey,so as to more understanding of rural returning college students to participate in the real situation of rural governance.Research found that the current rural returning college students to participate in rural governance,mainly facing the rural social environment hollowing out and aging serious,the relevant subject has doubts about their participation in village governance,the limitations of rural returning college students’ self-cultivation and ability and participate in governance has not been fully policy support and guarantee of practical difficulties.After research and analysis,it is believed that the imbalance of economic and social development in urban and rural areas,the distribution pattern of inherent power and resources in villages,the lack of long-term integration into development goals,and the lack of procedural normalization guarantee mechanism are the internal reasons for the dilemma of rural college students to participate in rural governance.Therefore,the paper proposes to solve the practical dilemma of rural returning college students’ participation in rural governance by strengthening the organic connection between the city and the countryside,increasing their participation in village governance,striving to improve their own quality and skills,and establishing and improving the relevant policy guarantee mechanism.In short,rural returning college students to participate in rural governance follow the trend of historical development,the return of rural college students is not only the rural traditional excellent gene inheritance,and for the realization of rural governance modernization injected fresh elements,inspired the village governance,to further accelerate the modernization of rural governance,finally realize the rural comprehensive revitalization is of great significance.
