Ideological And Political Education For Rural Women Left Behind In The Context Of Rural Revitalization Research On Education

General Secretary Xi Jinping said,"Women are the creators of material and spiritual civilisation and an important force for social development and progress.Without women,there would be no humanity and no society." Along with the reform and opening up and the urbanisation process,there has been a massive exodus of young and strong male labourers from rural areas to the cities,with groups of women left behind in rural areas gradually replacing male labourers as the new mainstay of agricultural production and rural community activities under the "male workers and female farmers" model.However,due to the lack of attention paid to the ideological and political education of women left behind in rural areas,their role in the construction of rural civilization,rural ecological civilization and the revitalization of rural organizations cannot be effectively played.As a key participant and main force in rural revitalization,it is a research topic of great importance for rural construction and development to carry out targeted ideological and political education work among rural women left behind,guide them to establish new socialist moral styles,enhance political and legal awareness and public awareness,stimulate their sense of ownership and historical responsibility,and enable them to actively and effectively participate in rural revitalization.This paper selects X,Y and Z villages in Fengtai County,Anhui Province as the research object,and uses literature analysis,survey analysis and statistical analysis to understand the current situation of the ideological and political education of left-behind women in X,Y and Z villages in Fengtai County.And through literature combing,the role of ideological and political education for rural women left behind in rural revitalisation was summarised.The study found that at present,the ideological and political education of rural women left behind in Fengtai County has achieved remarkable results,but still faces problems such as insufficient awareness of the new socialist moral style,the weak role of rural women left behind in rural revitalization,single education content and methods and inadequate education work mechanism.In view of the above problems,the causes are analyzed in four aspects: ideological and moral education,civic education,the interface between ideological and political education and rural revitalization,and the grassroots’ attitude towards the ideological and political education work of left-behind women,and finally,the causes are analyzed in four aspects: strengthening ideological and political awareness,enhancing the role of left-behind rural women in rural revitalization,enriching the contents and methods of ideological and political education of left-behind rural women,and improving the ideological and political education work mechanism.In the end,we propose countermeasures for improving the ideological and political education of rural women left behind in the context of rural revitalization,in an attempt to provide an experience reference for the ideological and political education of rural women left behind in Fengtai County and even in the vast rural areas of China.
