With the continuous development of China’s economy and the deepening of urbanization, the rural male labor force,in order to increase their income, went to large cities to find jobs, resulting in many responsibilities and jobs of rural families falling on the shoulders of rural women.Restricted by the traditional division of labor and practical needs, most women assume the responsibility of taking care of the family, the elderly and children, while most of the migrant workers are men.Therefore,left-behind women in rural areas are in a weak position in terms of economic and social status, resource acquisition,self-cognition and individual development, which has caused many rural social problems. The aim of this paper is to address the issues faced by the left-behind female population, aid them in their own growth and development, and foster the development of new rural regions, all in the interest of maintaining harmony and stability throughout society. This paper takes the case of left-behind women in village A of suburban town as an example, and uses questionnaires, interviews, participatory observation and other methods to intervene in the plight of left-behind women B.Theory of "self in the mirror",social advantage perspective, and social support network are employed by us in the case intervention to assist the individual in gradually eliminating negative psychology and augmenting their self-cognition aptitude. Then,by linking the effective resources of the community,we can explore our potential and ease family relations. Finally,we will use social worker intervention services and the joint efforts of rural left-behind women to guide them to improve their self-worth,actively participate in rural revitalization and construction, actively participate in the industrial development of rural women, and enhance the happiness of left-behind family life. This paper focuses on the survival and development of left-behind women, focuses on the social environment and daily life of left-behind women, and addresses the difficulties they encounter in rural society from their participation process. However, there are some deficiencies in this study, such as the requirement of higher understanding ability of service objects, the difference of individual situations leading to differences in intervention modes, and the requirement of social workers to be able to handle complex situations. The objective of aiding the unified growth of women and rural areas who have been left behind, and attaining their physical and mental wellbeing and harmonious growth, has evidently shifted. The exploration of the development of rural women’s labor force in the context of rural revitalization is greatly aided by the comprehensive examination of the overall growth of left-behind women in rural areas.
