Inner Mongolia Telecommunication Regulation Management

Since the 1980s,the Chinese government has introduced a number of important reforms aimed at tightening regulation of the telecommunications industry,which has greatly facilitated the development of the industry.The development of the telecommunications industry has been greatly facilitated.However,there are still many shortcomings and deficiencies in the government regulation of the telecommunications industry in China.In particular,the rapid development of technology,the consolidation of industry resources and mergers and acquisitions have led to the diversification of service providers and a more complex interest structure in the telecommunications market as a result of these changes.Under these conditions,the ability of government departments to regulate the ability of operators to supply telecommunications social services is very much tested.How to reasonably regulate the business activities of the telecom industry,solve the current situation of information asymmetry in the market,improve the regulatory capacity and create a good institutional environment for a sustainable and good competition in the telecom industry is the current problem that needs to be solved.This thesis takes the regulation of the telecommunication industry in Inner Mongolia as the research theme.Based on the relevant established achievements at home and abroad,this thesis uses the theory of government regulation,the theory of government functions and the theory of public services as the theoretical basis,and applies the literature research method,the combined method of normative research and empirical analysis,and the questionnaire survey method to study the issue of government regulation of the telecommunication industry in Inner Mongolia.The background conditions of the study and the significance of the study are first briefly explained and analysed,and then a preliminary introduction to the relevant content theories and basic research techniques is given.On this basis,the history of regulatory changes in Inner Mongolia’s telecoms industry is reviewed,the current situation of telecoms regulation in Inner Mongolia and its problems are analysed,the causes of the problems are explored,and suggestions for further improving governmental regulatory policies and measures in Inner Mongolia’s telecoms industry are put forward,with a view to providing references for promoting regulatory reform and improving the level of regulation in Inner Mongolia’s telecoms industry.
