Research On The Governmental Regulation On The Industry Of Telecommunication In Liaoning Province

The industry of telecommunication is an important means for human production and development. With the development of society and economy, it has become an inseparable part of daily life. This paper mainly talks about the governmental regulation on the industry of telecommunication in Liaoning Province, according to introduce the background and the problems of the telecommunications industry in Liaoning Province, and then point out that the telecommunications industry in Liaoning Province were government regulation of the scheme, point out that the countermeasures and suggestions of governmental regulation on the industry of telecommunication in Liaoning Province.In this paper, there has been used the literature method, survey research method, history method, the combination of theory and reality method studies of the governmental regulation on the industry of telecommunication in Liaoning Province. Firstly, this paper mainly introduced the background, significance and keywords of this study, reviews the current research on this topic both home and abroad, and explains the research clue, framework and methodology. Secondly, this paper mainly introduced the present situation of governmental regulation on the industry of telecommunication in Liaoning Province. Thirdly, introduced the problems and reasons of existence of telecommunication in Liaoning Province, the main problems are short of specialized regulation agencies in telecommunication, government cannot comprehensive supervision the industry of telecommunication, laws and regulations which governmental regulation on the industry of telecommunication is imperfect, the price regulation of telecommunication is not perfectly, government regulation on the service quality of telecommunication is incompleteness and so on. Fourthly, this paper mainly introduced demonstration program of government regulation of the telecommunications industry in Liaoning Province. Finally, this paper focus on how to improve the government regulation of the telecommunications industry in Liaoning Province, including improving the specialized telecommunications regulatory agencies, establish an effective telecommunications industry oversight mechanism, improve the province of government telecommunications regulation laws and regulations, establish a complete price regulation system and to enhance the government on the quality of telecommunications services regulation.
