Market economy is credit economy and economy under the rule of law. Individula credit checking system is one of the fundamental elements of the Social credit system. During the priod of our country's economic transition, the low credit is exposed in market already, and economic order is very confused. Lacking credit restraint the further development of our counry's economic. So, it is very necessary to research the individula credit checking legal system. This thesis takes the legal of individual credit checking as a clue analysis following questions: the style of credit checking agency;the colleetion and use of individual creditin for mation as well as the Proteetion of the information subject; the mode of supervise and manage the credit checking.The paper is divided into three part. The frist part mainly analyzed the theoretical problems of individual credit checking and the experiences of our country's individual credit checking. The second part simply analyzed the questions of individual credit checking in our country's. The three part is gist of the article, analyzed that how to perfect the credit investigation law. The mode of credit is the frist qusetion should be resolved, which is a key point in the system of credit. The second question is the supervision and management. And put forward the advice about these problems.
