Research On The Evaluation Of Public Service Quality Of Railway Stations In Megacities

The railway station area is the window of Megacity civilization,which is related to urban public safety,people’s livelihood and the hearts of the people.Improving the quality of public service is the main responsibility of each service subject.Public service quality evaluation is an effective means to test the quality of public service and improve the quality of public service.The evaluation of public service quality in railway stations plays an important role in standardizing the behavior of public service departments in railway stations and improving passenger satisfaction.It is an important way to promote the service subject departments to form quality awareness.Therefore,it is necessary to study the concept of railway station public service and the process strategy of public service quality evaluation,so as to promote the improvement of railway passenger station service quality,and achieve the growing public demand for better travel and the development goal of railway transportation standardization.In this context,the article sorts out and summarizes the literature related to the quality of public services and the service quality of railway passenger stations,elaborates the relevant concepts such as railway station public services,clarifies the evaluation objectives,contents,evaluation objects and evaluation schemes,and establishes a public service quality evaluation index system for megacities railway stations that includes seven indicators,including passenger satisfaction,security services,cleaning services,equipment and facility operation and maintenance,public welfare services,traffic order,and mutual evaluation of service units,according to the principles of the construction of the evaluation index system Taking the R railway station of A city in a first-line megacity as an example,complete the evaluation process including the establishment of service standards,satisfaction and unit mutual evaluation surveys,indicator empowerment,etc.,and then derive the comprehensive scores of each division of the railway station,complete an effective evaluation,and explore a targeted,easy to operate,and intuitive conclusion of the service quality evaluation design of the megacitiy railway station.
