| In recent years,the news media have frequently reported food safety incidents,and food safety issues have formed an indelible mark in the hearts of the public.People have a deeper understanding of food safety,stricter requirements on food safety,higher and higher demand for government supervision,and the pursuit of food has been continuously improved from satiety to health and nutrition.The construction of China’s food safety supervision and management system is a process of gradual change and adjustment.Nowadays,the government is still the main body of China’s food safety management.The supervision and management measures have the characteristics of focusing on post event management,manual supervision and slow updating of technical means,which also leads to frequent food safety problems.Innovative supervision methods,new technologies and social co governance with the participation of the masses are expected to relieve the pressure of food safety supervision and management.Big data technology collects and browses huge information and summarizes feasible suggestions to promote the development of relevant fields.This model has been relatively mature in developed countries such as Europe and the United States,and has many incomparable advantages compared with previous food safety supervision.Taking big data as the starting point,this paper discusses how to use big data to solve the shortcomings of current supervision by comparing domestic and foreign food safety supervision methods.Study the characteristics of countries and regions with mature big data technology for food supervision,such as the United States and Shanghai,analyze the successful ways of combining big data technology with food safety supervision,summarize mature experience,and provide reference for Wuhu City.This paper finally settled in the localization practice,and described in detail the plan to accelerate the construction of a comprehensive database,build a big data platform for food safety supervision,establish food enterprise credit files,and strengthen the training and reserve of big data talents,so as to promote the improvement of all aspects of Wuhu big data food safety supervision,optimize the supervision quality,improve the level of food safety supervision,and help food safety. |
