Evaluation Of Construction Status And Development Countermeasures Of Characteristic Towns In Shibi Town Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to fully implement the rural revitalization strategy.In 2022,the No.1 document of the Central Committee will be released,and the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization will be the key task.Promoting the construction of characteristic towns is conducive to solving the "three rural" problems.Therefore,under the new journey of the second centenary goal,it is of great significance to discuss the development status of characteristic towns,analyze the existing problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to help rural revitalization.The thesis conducts research in accordance with the logical thinking of presenting themes,consulting literature,theoretical research,analyzing the current situation,analyzing problems,and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions.On the basis of referring to a large number of relevant research literature on characteristic towns,taking the characteristic town of Shibi Town as an example,using the questionnaire survey and interview methods to study and analyze the development status and existing problems of Shibi Town.Relevant government documents,data information and other materials were obtained through the interview method to provide data support for the research on the characteristic town of Shibi Town.The research results show that Shibi Town has comprehensively improved the living environment,continuously improved the infrastructure,and continuously improved the rural customs and civilization.There are good conditions for the development of characteristic towns,but there is still room for improvement in terms of cultural inheritance and integration,integration of production and towns,and professional talents.In view of these deficiencies,the paper closely combines the current news hot spots,takes the rural revitalization strategy as the background,and based on the town situation of Shibi Town,proposes to tell the story of the town,design original IP cultural and creative products,build smart agriculture,promote the integration of agriculture and tourism,and optimize the system.The countermeasures and suggestions of the mechanism are expected to provide a certain reference for the construction of Shibi Town and similar characteristic towns,and hope to create a characteristic town that integrates and develops "production,town,people and culture".
