Research On The Promotion Of Public Legal Services In Hongze Distrise

In recent years,with the steady progress of the construction of public legal services in China,the practice carried out all over the country has effectively improved the level of local public legal services.At present,the construction of public legal services in China has entered a comprehensive upgrading stage,which brings people a higher and higher sense of experience and happiness,and the practical requirements of public legal services are more balanced and brand-new.In this context,Hongze District,located in the central part of Jiangsu Province and under the jurisdiction of Huai’an City,has been fully integrated into the promotion of this work.Hongze district government attaches great importance to the construction of public legal services.As early as 2015,it took the lead in issuing opinions on the implementation of a full-coverage project for legal services,the project of full coverage of legal services is divided into three parts: Promoting Investment Promotion and key project construction,“Village(community)legal consultant”project,law into business,public legal services five aspects such as coordination.After several years of practice,Hongze District,like other counties and districts,has gradually revealed its shortcomings,which is also the practical demand of this thesis.In this thesis,the Hongze district,which is located at the north-south dividing line,is taken as the research object,this paper objectively expounds the present situation of the construction of public legal services in Hongze district from the aspects of the supply situation,the main measures and the main achievements,and under the guidance of the theory of public goods,the theory of new public services and the theory of social governance,it is found that the main problems are the single supplier,the lack of depth and the low quality of supply.The main reasons are that the management guarantee mechanism is not perfect and the resources are not integrated On the basis of drawing on the construction experience of Guangzhou and Taicang,this paper puts forward some practical methods to strengthen the central role of the government in the construction of the public legal service,to optimize the management of the construction of the public legal service,and to widen the channels for the participation of the public legal service.
