China’s economic and social development level has undergone considerable changes and progress after several years of hard work and construction.When the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of my country convened,it pointed out in its report that the main social contradiction in our country has been transformed from the early low-level food and clothing problem to the people’s higher and higher needs for high-level and high-quality living needs and regional differentiation.The contradiction between development levels.It can be seen that with the improvement of the quality and economic level of the constituents of all classes of society,and the closer social relations,the needs of higher classes are also increasing,and members of the society have also proposed higher standards for the construction and development of the public legal service system.Requirements.In the construction of a public legal service system,Wenzhou judicial administrative departments have comprehensively analyzed and used public legal resources such as law popularization,mediation,and lawyers,used their own power positioning advantages,created innovative service brands,carried out breakthrough exploration and practice,and achieved obvious results.The development achievements have made certain achievements in the construction of the public legal service system.However,due to the rugged geography of Wenzhou and the uneven development of urban and rural areas,people in some mountainous areas,islands,and inter-provincial border areas are not aware of,use,and satisfied with public legal services.This phenomenon has exposed a series of problems such as low quality and efficiency of legal service products,bottlenecks in the level of informatization,and lack of effective evaluation and supervision mechanisms.Based on the research,the main purpose of this paper is to study and analyze the current situation of the construction of the public legal service system under the special geographical structure and development of Wenzhou,analyze the existing problems and analyze the causes,and put forward the countermeasures suitable for the special geographical structure and development of Wenzhou And opinions,to provide good practice examples and theoretical references for improving Wenzhou’s public legal service system,and to promote the construction of Wenzhou’s public legal service system can meet the people’s growing new expectations for legal services.On the basis of searching and reading relevant documents at home and abroad,summarizing and summarizing,this article deeply analyzes the meaning and purpose of the construction of the public legal service system.Using the literature method,interview method,and case study method,the actual situation of the construction of Wenzhou public legal service system was analyzed in detail,and the existing prominent contradictions and problems were proposed based on the current construction status,and targeted solutions were proposed.,Focusing on four major issues: the difficulty of meeting the differentiated needs of public legal services,the failure of the evaluation mechanism to play its due role,the bottleneck of information construction,and the mere formality of public legal services in some areas,and the targeted optimization of public legal services.Legal service supply mode,establishment of a public legal service supply mode involving the participation of multiple social actors,improvement of the informatization level of public legal services,and establishment of an efficient and scientific evaluation mechanism,including four optimization paths.It is hoped that the papers can continuously promote the establishment and improvement of Wenzhou’s public legal service system,and effectively promote the full coverage of legal services.
