Research On Emergency Support Work In Tongshan District Office Logistics Service Management

After the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,The management of agency affairs keeps up with the trend of the times,actively meets new challenges,constantly seeks reforms,and further establishes and improves the functions of agency affairs management agencies to coordinate service and management work towards the development requirements of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.As a part of the grass-roots emergency management system,the emergency support for government affairs,with the government affairs department as the core,ensures that government departments respond to public emergencies in a timely and efficient manner,and comprehensively guarantees the smooth work of all government agencies.Through investigation and research,it is found that the Tongshan District Office Logistics Support Center has actively taken measures and made preliminary attempts in emergency support,and has achieved some positive achievements: establishing and improving an emergency support system based on serving Tongshan District organs and institutions,clarifying the logistics support center plays a prominent role in emergency support work;strengthening the emergency linkage mechanism among relevant departments,strengthening the leadership of emergency management organizations and clarifying the division of responsibilities;formulating emergency plans for public emergencies,and strengthen security,hygiene,conference catering,and public transportation.Of course,there are still many problems that need to be solved urgently: the emergency support organization system is not perfect,and there is a lack of corresponding coordination mechanisms;there is no unified standard for emergency support responsibilities,and the scope of emergency support management is not clear;emergency support supporting plans are not perfect enough,and the management of corresponding support materials is relatively backward.The main reasons for these problems are: the weakening of the administrative functions of government affairs,the lack of the support of a complete emergency management system,the failure to build a unified emergency coordination mechanism,and the insufficient top-level design of emergency support.Based on the actual situation of Tongshan District and drawing on the useful experience at home and abroad,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the emergency support work of the Tongshan District Office Logistics Support Center are as follows: Change the service concept,strengthen the awareness of risk prevention,pay attention to emergency support work;improve and implement the emergency support plan,clarify the responsibilities of the emergency support plan,and strengthen the training,drill and dynamic evaluation of the plan;improve the logistical emergency support mechanism of the agency,improve the support process and institutional support,implement emergency support measures,establish a reserve system for emergency supplies and strengthen the coordination and division of labor with various units;strengthen the centralized and unified management of government affairs and change roles;improve the level of emergency support services of agencies,clarify the principal responsibility,and cultivate professional emergency support teams for agencies.
