Research On Moral Anomie Of Individual Network Expression And Its Correction

The development and popularization of network technology have brought extensive and profound changes to people’s social life and the way of social participation,and shaped a new expression field.The information display power of network technology constantly realizes technological empowerment,which enables people to connect with others anytime,anywhere and in a variety of ways.At the same time,they have obtained a high degree of freedom of expression.At present,individual network expression tends to be rational as a whole,but there are also problems that can not be ignored,such as the spread of wrong ideas through the Internet,the free release of bad emotions,the pursuit of interests at the expense of others and the simple and blind obedience of expression behavior,which have formed a negative impact that can not be underestimated at many levels,such as endangering national security,disrupting the network order,eating the real society and infringing on personal rights and interests.In the network society,individuals have two interwoven and interacting identities: virtual presence and real existence.Virtual and reality together shape the cause system of moral anomie of individual network expression,including moral quality as an individual incentive,social reality as a demand incentive,network social characteristics as an environmental incentive and lack of network supervision as a management incentive.The complexity of the causes requires a systematic response.In the governance of individual expression moral anomie,it is necessary to establish dialectical thinking and systematic thinking,firmly grasp the dialectical unity of constancy and change,virtualization and reality,guidance and infiltration,prevention and dredging,and take comprehensive measures from the outside to the inside.The concrete rectification measures mainly include four aspects: first,coordinate the constant existence,change and development of individual quality problems,and strengthen the cultivation of individual quality,the improvement of self-awareness,and the shaping of expression concepts;Second,coordinate the virtual feedback and real existence of social real problems,pay attention to the classification of problems,follow the network mass line,and integrate online and offline services;The third is to coordinate the guiding education and infiltration of the construction of the network environment,pay attention to the leader of moral fashion,strengthen the power of positive public opinion,and improve the educational efficiency of network works;Fourth,we will coordinate the effectiveness of prevention and control and the role of social control,improve network ethics,optimize the network legislative mechanism,strengthen the development of information technology,and implement the social supervision system.These measures have both relatively flexible educational approaches and relatively rigid management means,which can systematically correct the anomie of individual moral expression and promote the clarity of the network.
