Research On The Anomy Of Network Morality

With the development of modern information and communication technology,the Internet,artificial intelligence,big data,cloud computing and other technologies are developing vigorously.Network information technology is profoundly changing the way of production,and life and subsistence of human beings.The development of the Internet has brought about positive effects on people,and the problem of network moral anomie occurs from time to time in cyberspace,which objectively threatening network security,network order,damage to the public interests of the society.So,how to solve the problem of the network moral anomie deserves our deep thinking.This paper tries to clarify the connotation,characteristics,essence,criterion and other basic theoretical knowledge of network moral anomie,analyze and explain its manifestations and reasons,and then put forward the governance of network moral anomie.This paper holds that the phenomenon of network moral anomie has the characteristics of multiple actors,various contents and forms,hidden formation process and bad influence consequences.Its essence is the expansion of tool rationality,the loss of value rationality,the confusion of individual supremacy and the failure of self-discipline.It manifests itself as information distortion,value confusion,improper interests,alienation of relations and behavior anomie.The causes of network moral anomie are various,including network factors,network behavior subjects,network behavior norms,and multiple network cultures.Therefore,we should establish a clear consciousness of "problem orientation",and construct a new pattern of comprehensive treatment of network moral anomie by constructing network moral norms,perfecting network legal norms,developing network moral education,promoting network moral practice,optimizing network ecological environment,and strengthening network culture construction.
