Research On Prevention And Resolution Of Network Moral Anomie In Public Emergencies

With the development of economy and information technology,the Internet is gradually integrated into people’s daily life,but the problems of network morality are becoming increasingly prominent.The phenomenon of network moral anomie mainly includes network rumors,reverse news,network violence,pornography and vulgarity.These network moral anomie phenomena seriously affect people’s daily life.If it is not solved in time,it will affect the stability and development of society.Therefore,it is urgent to study the phenomenon of network moral anomie.The progress of network technology contributes to economic development,but how to better use network technology to serve the society is an urgent research topic.In some network platforms,the problem of network moral anomie has attracted the attention of experts and relevant people.This paper analyzes the causes of the network moral anomie in some public emergencies.Through the research and analysis,it is found that the low moral quality,lack of moral self-discipline consciousness and social responsibility consciousness of network users are the important reasons for moral anomie.Secondly,network alienation causes psychological problems and group polarization of netizens,which makes netizens lose the ability of rational judgment on the network and turn the network environment into the vent of their dissatisfaction,which is one of the causes of frequent network moral anomie.Finally,the external regulatory system is not perfect,laws and regulations do not give full play to the role of "heteronomy" with mandatory constraints.Comprehensively Strengthening the construction of network ethics in public emergencies can improve the professional standards of network platform,improve the quality of network practitioners,and ensure that Internet users can receive the correct guidance of public opinion.This paper analyzes and studies the phenomenon and causes of network moral anomie,and selects some representative network moral anomie phenomena in public emergencies for multi-level and multi-angle research.The analysis points out that the construction of network morality needs not only the improvement of the personal quality of network practitioners and participants,but also the joint efforts of all aspects of the social environment.Therefore,this article from the new era network moral citizen ideology construction,the new era network moral environment construction and the new era network moral legal system construction three aspects to start the idea,aims to provide a useful exploration and research model for the healthy development of China’s network moral,and even the development of the Internet system.
