| Prison is the organ responsible for the enforcement of criminal law in the state.In China,the principle and policy of prison administration is to adhere to the principle of "combining punishment with reform and aiming at changing people".Reform is the key to prison management,and the difficulty of reform is the stability and success of reform.Due to the continuous improvement of the national legal system construction,the public awareness is also increasing,and the social from all walks of life to the prison reform work also put forward higher requirements.Under this premise,the 511 model came into being.511 teaching reform mode is a major working measure of education and reform of prisoners advocated by The Ministry of Justice of China in the new era.In this mode,prison staff receive five days of labor education,one day of classroom education and the rest day off.This is the first time for the whole country to set the time for the most prisoners,and is an important measure to earnestly implement the "primary standards".The practice of the national prison teaching management system in recent years proves that this model has a positive impact on the development and improvement of the management of prisoners’ education and reform and on the overall improvement of the quality of prisoners’ reform.This study based on CZ prison was actually women’s points of the practice of education reform mode condition investigation,understand the management at all levels to protecting the rights and security of the system,and based on the natural condition of 2262 female inmates,understand them since a 511 model,their cognition and feeling,combined with its own regulatory reform experience,Analysis of 511 educational reform mode since the implementation of the status and constraints.Through literature review,we learned a lot about the education and reform methods of female prisoners,which were used for reference in the actual reform of CZ women’s sub-prison.This paper is divided into four parts.Through the empirical research on the implementation of 511 policy in women’s sub-prison of CZ prison,the problems during the implementation of this education model are deeply studied and beneficial discussed.Explore the countermeasures of perfecting the education the reform of 511 mode female prisoners that increased investment in hardware,and the understanding of the female prisoners,according to their aptitude,the unified police adopt diversified teaching,targeted to female prisoners education reform,the introduction of the Internet teaching resources,fundamentally guarantee 511 education reform mode can rise to transform the role of people,education,transformation. |
