| Current stage of aging form is not optimistic,60 and above,the proportion of the total population has reached 18.7%,in the increasingly aging today,the development of the family as the core,multiple subject supply of resources integrated home endowment mode to alleviate pension pressure is a necessary choice,can reasonable distribution of endowment service resources,also conform to the "9073" structure of our country.In recent years,Lanzhou vigorously promote the development of home endowment service,college retirees as an important part of the elderly group in Lanzhou,even the economic,social status,organization security has other obvious advantages,have better hardware and software resources to develop home endowment services,but the development is not as expected,supply and demand mismatch need to solve,only understand the elderly demand,on the basis of the analysis of the main factors,to better set up the service project,meet the needs of the elderly.based on this,This paper takes retirees from X University as an example,First of all,the research status of home care service is summarized,Defining the core concepts,A brief introduction also summarizes the related theory,According to the investigation situation,the main policies to promote the development of home care services,development process and the supply and demand of home care services of Lanzhou university retirees made a simple introduction;Secondly,according to the questionnaire data of the home care service needs of retirees from X University in L City,11 factors are summarized from three dimensions of tendency factors,enabling factors and need factors,The empirical analysis of the influencing factors affecting the demand of home care services for college retirees,It includes three aspects: first,a simple descriptive statistical analysis of the main variables,The second is to do a cross-over analysis,Preliminary judgment of the main influencing factors,Third,select the factors that pass the chi-square test as independent variables for binary Logistic regression analysis;Finally,in the research conclusions and policy recommendations section,On the data analysis and found,College retirees have obvious group characteristics and service demand characteristics,The significant factors affecting their demand for home care services are: age,education and pre-retirement position,Monthly average income and residence factors and self-rated physical health factors,And different types of services have different significant influencing factors,Therefore,this paper suggests that the factors that significantly affect the home care service needs of college retirees should be taken into account,To guide the demand and optimize the supply of two suggestions: to strengthen the guidance of the elderly home care ideas;Reasonably adjust the supply object and service content of services;Mobilize the enthusiasm of the supply subject for multiple cooperation,In particular,we should actively give play to the coordinating intermediary role of communities and the unit characteristics of colleges and universities to support and guide the participation of market forces. |
