Research On Demand Willingness And Influencing Factors Of Community Home Endowment Service

Along with the social economic development,population aging degree deepening,the family structure miniaturization and labor mobility enhancement factors are damaging the foundation of the traditional family pension mode.The community-based social home care service model is development direction to solve the pension pressure.The state has introduced many relevant laws and regulations to promote the development of old-age service industry and improve the quality of old-age service.Overall community endowment service in our country is still in its infancy and not mature,which is difficult to meet the increasing diversification and individuation of pension service demand.The present situation and influencing factors of urban and rural community pension services are studied empirically in this paper using descriptive analysis,comparative analysis and binary logit regression analysis based on the CLHLS data.The research subjects defined the aged over 60 years,and analyzed the sensitivity analysis of the special population,such as old age,disability and empty-nest elderly.Through the longitudinal data of 2008,2011 and 2014,this paper discusses the demand of community home care service and the trend of supply dynamic change.Combining with domestic community home endowment service practice condition and existing problems,targeted measures are suggested.Research shows that: the degree of urban and rural elderly home endowment service needs of the community projects from high to low in turn is the door to see a doctor to send medicine,providing health care knowledge,spiritual comfort and chat permitted,organizing social and recreational activities,daily life care,family neighborhood disputes,rights protection services,daily shopping.The highest level of demand is medical care,followed by spiritual comfort.In terms of demand factors,divided into personal characteristics,economic status,living status and intergenerational support.Whether self-reported health,or money enough financial support,their children are the significant factors influencing the community home endowment service needs.On the intergenerational,the number of children and economic support will have a significant impact on the demand for the elderly care services in most communities.But the number of sons is not a significant factor,suggesting that the traditional concept of "old-age care" is changing.The influence of age,marital status and education degree on different pension service demands was different.Special for elderly community home endowment service demand will more strongly than average in the elderly,especially in health care and spiritual comfort requirements.Due to an ageing population inversion between urban and rural areas,the rural elderly face higher than urban pension service demand at home.By comparing the data of 2008,2011 and 2014,it is known that the provision of community home care services has been given a certain scale over time,but the supply is still difficult to meet demand.Urban and rural areas as a whole Jinghai mode,virtual nursing home mode,"walk in,walk out" Haishu mode,social collaborative community of Beijing new patterns are based on local economic development level and aging degree,which is the innovative mode of community home care service for local communities.In the future,the aging population will be deepened,the needs of the elderly will be more diversified,and the demand willingness of the community will be in a dynamic change,and the future of the pension industry will be widely developed.Health services and spiritual comfort are the development projects which are mostly needed to speed up in the future community home endowment service.Therefore,we need to clear the responsibility,to explore market-oriented pension path;We will build a community home care service information platform and smart old-age care;Government pension service policy and financial support to rural areas;Raise awareness of service subject;Increase the number of service projects and ensure the quality of service projects,strive to improve the accuracy of supply,make the supply and demand to be able to match.
