Research On The Practical Path Of Grassroots Consultative Democracy In Ethnic Minority Areas Of Guizho

At the sixth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need to uphold the Party’s leadership and actively develop people’s democracy throughout the whole process.There are many ethnic groups in China.Among them,there is an integrated pattern of pluralism.It is important to test the effectiveness of the development of the people’s democracy in the whole process and whether it can properly handle ethnic issues and coordinate ethnic relations.Ethnic consultation respects differences among ethnic groups,attaches importance to equality among them,and pursues win-win interests of all ethnic groups.It fully embodies the position of the people as masters of the country among all Ethnic groups in China,and is an important part of socialist consultative democracy in China.Two parts are included in the thesis: introduction and text.The main content of the introduction includes the background,significance,research status,ideas,methods and innovations of the thesis.The text starts from the following aspects: First,it interprets relevant concepts,analyzes the theoretical basis of the study,and expounds the theoretical advantages of deliberative democracy in ethnic areas.Secondly,this paper discusses deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level management present situation and causes of guizhou ethnic areas,deliberative democracy in guizhou ethnic areas widely used and gradually perfect the coordination mechanism,at the same time also has some problems,such as: negotiating body is missing,the development of the deliberative democracy with inadequate protection,national culture differences,negotiating process such as lack of innovation.In view of these problems,the author deeply analyzes the reasons.Thirdly,the paper selects typical examples of grass-roots consultative democracy construction in guizhou minority areas and analyzes the favorable measures taken in the construction of consultative democracy.Finally,based on the deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level in guizhou ethnic areas governance problems and causes,the deliberative democracy in typical area of goodgovernance for reference,put forward strengthening the consciousness of ethnic minority people’s consultative,optimize the environment of political economy in guizhou ethnic areas,actively promote guizhou ethnic cultural fusion,enrich and expand the breadth and depth of the deliberative democracy in guizhou ethnic areas such as specific measures.All in all,China is a multi-ethnic country with a long history.All ethnic groups enjoy equal rights in this unified big family.The research results of deliberative democracy pouring out by the academic circles in the new era have injected fresh blood into the governance of deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level in ethnic areas of China and continuously promoted the progress of democratic politics in the whole process.
