Research On The Construction Of Party Organization In Urban Village Of Q Community In Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province

Stand on the strategic altitude,the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress made a comprehensive deployment for strengthening the construction of the party’s grass-roots organizations,improving the organizational strength,highlight political functions,and effectively build the grass-roots party organizations become the bastion in different fields.The CPC Central Committee points out the direction for the construction of grass-roots party organizations under the comprehensive deployment,which has practical and historical significance.With the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system,China has entered the process of this urbanization,urban villages appear more and more.As the leader of the party organization plays a important role.How to improve the ruling ability and play a leading role has become an important projest in the theoretical research and practical discussion.Q community is a representative urban village community in the process of changing village to residence in Taiyuan City,Shanxi Province.The Q community has been obtained many achievemengts.It won two titles,one is “the first national top ten well-off village in Shanxi province “,another one is “the advanced group in China to fight the new crown pneumonia epidemic”.It is very typical.Firstly,explain the concept and the important exposition of Xi Jinping.Secondly,through the field research,collest the real datas.First,summarize the achievements that it’s obtained,that is,improve the organizational structure of the party organization,strengthen the learning ablity of Party members,create a party service center,give play to the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members,establish the serving image,and consolidate the place of retired people;The second is to analyze the main problems that existing in the party organization,that is,the weakening of the political function of the party organization,the insufficient cultivation of the party spirit of some party members,the insufficient strictness of the party organization,the insufficient strictness of the internal discipline of the party organization,the lack of talents in the the party organization;The third is to analyze the main reasons for its problems,that is,some party members’ ideological understanding is relatively old,their learning consciousness is very weak,their ideals and beliefs are shaken,their sense of discipline is not strong,and the party organization has little supervision over cadres and ordinary Party members.Finally,it puts forward different ways to effectively strengthen the construction of the party organization from six aspects,that is,putting political construction in the top,constantly grasping the ideological construction,perfecting the organizational construction,implementing the style construction,firmly grasping the discipline construction,putting the system construction in all aspects.In the rapid process of urbanization,the construction of grass-roots party organizations in China has shifted to urban communities.The party’s grass-roots organizations play a leading role in communities.These communities has two characterisstics,which has brought great challenges to its party organization construction.Party organization of conmmunity in urban villages urgently need to explore a new model that suit themselves.Therefore,this search has both theoretical and practical significance.It is hoped that this study can provide ideas and methods for the construction of Party organizations in other urban village communities in Shanxi Province.
