General secretary Xi Jinping has always attached great importance to the work of Party building at the grass-roots level.He has repeatedly stressed that the work of the party is focused on the grass-roots level and that the best work at the grass-roots level embodies the thought of the party's Administration for the people.But at the same time,the most prominent contradictions and the most difficult problems are at the grassroots level.He pointed out that since the nineteen major times,our party has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and has put forward new demands on our party.It is necessary for our party to carry out the policy of strict party management,put the interests of the people in the first place,clear the new time task of the party,and do a good job in the party's grass-roots work,in order to make the foundation of our party well The party's ruling position and ruling foundation will be stronger.At present,great changes have taken place in the economy,politics,society and culture of our country.Under this background,especially under the background of strict administration of the party,how to grasp the work of Party Construction at the grass-roots level is a difficult and key issue.Taking this as the background,the author takes the S Street Community in Datong as the research object,and makes an investigation on the construction of the party organization in the grass-roots community in the city.Through investigation and study,this paper probes into the problems existing in the construction of grass-roots party organizations in urban communities,and puts forward corresponding policies.In order to better strengthen the party building at the grass-roots level and do a good job in grass-roots party building,some suggestions and suggestions are put forward.There are 5 parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,which explains the background and significance of this article.On the basis of the summary of the research situation of the party organization construction at home and abroad,the research method,content and innovation point of this paper are put forward.The second part is the theoretical basis of the construction of the party organization at thegrass-roots level.It mainly introduces the discussion of the construction of the party organization by the classical writers and the study of the party organization construction by the Communist Party of China.The third part is an overview of grassroots community party organization construction,first of all,the connotation of grass-roots party organizations,including the concept,characteristics and functions of grass-roots party organizations.Followed by community related research,including domestic community research and foreign community research.Finally,it is necessary and meaningful to study the construction of Party organizations in grass-roots communities.The fourth part,mainly taking the Datong S street street as an example,first introduced the general situation of the Datong street S street,including the basic situation of the Datong street S street,the party members and the party organization.Secondly,the present situation and achievements of Party organization construction in S street community.Finally,there are problems in the construction of S Street Community Party organizations,and the reasons for their problems are analyzed.The fifth part is the analysis of the Countermeasures for the construction of Party organizations in urban grass-roots communities.It includes strengthening team building,paying attention to the cultivation of service consciousness,innovating the basic party organization construction mode and ensuring adequate funding for party organization construction.
